Sprint Qualifying Results – 2025 Chinese Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton secured pole position for the Sprint Race at the Chinese Grand Prix, clocking 1:30.849 in his Ferrari. Max Verstappen (Red Bull Racing) was just 0.018s behind, setting up an intense battle. Oscar Piastri (McLaren) rounded off the top three, only 0.080s adrift.
Ferrari and McLaren showed strong pace, with Charles Leclerc (P4) and Lando Norris (P6) in the mix. Mercedes’ George Russell (P5) and rookie Andrea Kimi Antonelli (P7) impressed as well.
Further back, Fernando Alonso, Carlos Sainz, and Pierre Gasly failed to set competitive times, leaving them in the bottom half. Liam Lawson (Red Bull Racing) was last.
With such close margins, the Sprint Race promises an exciting showdown between Ferrari, Red Bull, and McLaren. Can Hamilton convert pole into victory, or will Verstappen strike back?
